Wallpaper helps sell a house, said no one ever.
I grew up in a home where ever room had wallpaper. It was fitting to the architecture of the home we lived in,
and my mother really liked to wallpaper. So I am not writing this tip to insult anyone who likes wallpaper.
As a homeowner we decorate the way it pleases us, it’s one of the joys of home ownership. However,
when it’s time to sell, we should prepare our home for a “buyer’s eye”.
Wallpaper is a very personal choice and every home owner will have their own taste in colors, patterns/design.
It is best to remove all wallpaper before you list your property, and paint with a neutral tone. This crisp, clean look
will leave buyers with a better ability to visualize their own décor.
