5- House hunt;
it’s time to go view properties, your Buyer Agent will help you search for homes efficiently
6- Submit an offer;
your Buyer Agent will prepare and submit the offer for you
7- Negotiate the offer effectively;
your Buyer Agent will effectively negotiate on your behalf, including any inspection issues, etc
8- Achieve a successful closing;
your Buyer Agent will help direct you with the last steps required to prepare for your closing.
